אני שנתיים לתוך מה שאתה מגדיר כ"הרפתקאה", מרוצה מכל רגע, לא מתחרט לרגע והרווח הכללי שלי לא מתבטא בשקלים אלא בהנאה מהרכב. כדגומא בולטת - יש לי כ 50 דקות נסיעה הלוך, ו 50 דקות נסיעה חזור מהעבודה, חלק ניכר מהם בפקקים. אני פשוט נותן לרכב לעשות בשבילי את הזחילה בפקקים ונהנה מהזמן. מה השוו הכספי של זה? אני כן יכול להגיד שבכמה ימים שלא היה לי את הרכב והייתי עם רכב חלופי למדתי שזה PRICELESS.

מיקום: המפעל נבנה בנבאדה, ארה"ב, בסמוך ל"גיגה-פאקטורי נבאדה" (Giga Nevada) – מפעל הסוללות ורכיבי הרכב החשמליים הקיים של טסלה.
שיתוף פעולה עם CATL: חשוב להדגיש שזהו אינו מפעל בבעלות ובתפעול מלאים של טסלה. מדובר למעשה בשותפות עם חברת CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited), יצרנית הסוללות הסינית המובילה בעולם. CATL מעניקה רישיון לטכנולוגיית ה-LFP שלה לטסלה לצורך ייצור מקומי. CATL תהיה הבעלים ותפעיל את קווי הייצור, וטסלה תרכוש מהם את התאים המיוצרים.
