לא צריך לציין שמייד בסיום הצ'אט כבר הופיע לי בחשבון אמאזון הזמנה חדשה לאותו המוצר עם עלות של 0$...

לא ציפיתי למשהו אחר,פשוט שירות מעולה

בהקשר המקורי - שוחחתי בצ'ט גם עם נטפליקס. ענה לי Noam בעברית צחה.
שאלתי אותו לגבי ממשק בעברית על הסטרימרים של Roku. לא היתה לו תשובה מדוייקת, אבל הוא אמר שהמדיניות של החברה היא שהממשק יהיה זמין בכל הפלטפורמות, וזה לוקח קצת זמן להביא את זה למצב הזה. ביקשתי ממנו שיעביר לממונים עליו את הבקשה שלי שיוסיפו את הממשק גם ל-Roku.

אני ממליץ לך להוסיף עוד כמה שקלים ולקנות כבר את ה Xiaomi MI BOX

מאחר וכבר שילמתי והמוצר נשלח, ההמלצה שלך לא רלוונטית.
אם כבר היית צריך להוסיף "בפעם הבאה".

בכל מקרה - לאור התנסותי עם המוצר, נראה לי שהוא בדיוק מה שהייתי צריך. לא יותר ולא פחות. לא הייתי מפיק יותר תועלת מהשיאומי, למרות שאני מכיר בכך שהחבילה הכוללת שהוא נותן טובה יותר.

הזמנתי כעת firestick מאמזון ארהב,האם אצטרך איזשהו ממיר מתח או פשוט מתאם אמריקאי ישראלי לחשמל?האינטואיציה אומרת רק מתאם אך אני רוצה להיות בטוח...
כמו כן מישהו מצא דרך לא להשתמש בחיבור לחשמל?אני מתכון לחבר אותו ליציאת USB במסך,האם זה אפשרי בכלל?

באמצעות כבל הטענה פשוט של פלאפון?או שמצורף כבל של המכשיר?היציאת USB תספק לו מספיק כוח?

אין בעיה לחבר אותו למקור מתח, יש לו שנאי של 220 המוריד למתח של 5 V (צריך רק מתאם של אמריקאי לישראלי)
במקרה שלי ה USB של הטלויזיה היה חלש מדי ולכן חיברתי לחשמל, אולי לך יהיה מזל אחר

ממה שאני קראתי לא ניתן להתקין קודי. Roku מיועד לעבודה רק עם אפליקציות רשמיות, וקודי לא אחת מהן.

...

רשמיות=מסחריות כנראה.
מצחיק שהם לא מאפשרים להתקין קודי שהיא תוכנת קוד פתוח, כאשר כל הקופסא שלהם מבוססת על מערכת ההפעלה לינוקס שהיא גם בקוד פתוח ובכך הם נהנים מחיסכון עצום בכסף שהיה נדרש לפיתוח מערכת הפעלה חדשה מאפס.
