New to the forum, need advice starting out

I'm new here and wanted to get some advice about how to get started w high-end audio. I just set up an old turntable and have been reading up on more advanced systems, and wanted to go and listen to some good ones before I make a decision on what to buy. I'll probably buy used if I can find what I want, but would like to go to some stores to get a basic refernce sound in my head. I found audionote in Herzlya, would welcome any other recomendations in theGush Dan area. I'll probably start out with a good turntable and speakers, was thinking of a Rega or VPI used, and Thiel speakers if I can find them. I've only read about these, not heard music on them, so if anyone owns some of this equipment and wouldn't mind letting me listen to some music on it, I'd be very grateful. Any and all help is appreciated, and please answer in Hebrew, I can read just fine, it just takes me too long to type in hebrew. Thanks,

אני ממליץ לך להתחיל להסתובב אצל היבואנים הרלוונטיים - אייל פור (פטיפונים של Nottingham, Project) ערן Audiofreak (פטיפונים של Michel) ותשמע כמה שיותר מערכות על בסיס אנלוג. אני מניח שככה תוכל לגבש לעצמך דעה קצת יותר מוצקה על מה כדאי ומה מעניין.
