i would appreciate any comments about it especially about the mother board??

The CPU choise is very decent and will suffice for most usages.
The case is a good choise mixing quality components and a quiet system.
The motherboard is outdated. I recommend looking at the new line of AMD boards from GIGABYTE. There are currently 3 boards offerings from the 780G family. Pick one that matches your budget.
The HDD is a VERY good choise.
The DVD burner is a quality burner but its not optimized for totally quiet operation. Switch it to the Asus 2014 and you wont be dissapointed.
The Network adapter is good but if you want to future proof yourself pick an "n" type of network adapter which is able to transmit at 300MBPS instead of 54MBPS. Although, you will need a specific router to fully take advantage of the "n" technology.
Remote. I dont know if you're going to make the purchase locally (ISRAEL) or abroad but try looking at the HAUPPAUGE 150MCE-KIT. Its a tv card with the controller that you wanted. If you will go for that package you will receive the tv card for about 150 NIS overall.
