נראה לי שמצאתי באחד הפורומים את הפתרון לבעיה של העברת ערוצים
Go to Start Menu, Run ...
Type:
services.msc
and press enter.
Locate the TV Server service in the list and right-click, Properties.
Go to the Log On tab and check the box marked:
Allow service to interact with desktop
Then restart the computer and try again.
