I have brought from the US a Pioneer Elite PRO 506PU.
This set is NTSC only and 110V, I have a converter from 220 to 110, I also have a decoder to change the signal from PAL to NTSC, but the image comes out really bad. Is there something I can do

If you want to hook up your YES or HOT receiver, or any other device with SCART output, you can get a SCART to COMPONENT converter. Just google it and you will find several of them. eBay has them for as little as $60. They work with both pal and ntsc devices. This will give you the best results.
For other composite or S-video devices, I am assuming you are using a cheap analog PAL to NTSC converter. If you are, they don’t really cut it if you are looking for quality. You can try the more expansive digital PAL to NTSC converter. They cost around $200 but they do a better job.
For off the air channels, you can hook up a pal VCR to the converter and use its tuner to pick up the channels.
Another option that may or may not be practical for you is to get a good tuner/capture card for your computer and connect whatever you need to it and hook up the computer to the tv thru the DVI or HDMI port. Check the HTPC section for more info about that.
