However, before I ship your order you need to be advised that a number of recent shipments to Israel have been delayed (up to 7-8 weeks before delivery) and others are not delivering at all. I do not know the reason why, but it is very frustrating.

I am willing to ship your order if you are willing to take full responsibility for it (in other words, if it doesn't deliver, you do not open an ebay claim against me). Due to poor Israel postal service, I've had to refund too many Israel orders lately. I'm at the point of either canceling any Israel orders for the time being OR allowing the buyers to take full responsibility in case their order does not deliver in a timely fashion.

Please tell me if you'd like me to ship the item and we hope for the best OR if you'd prefer that I cancel the order and refund all your money. The decision is yours.

אני קניתי לאשתי אוזניות של סוני לשחייה והיא היתה מאד מרוצה. באותו מחיר לא עדיף ללכת על סוני?

Greetings. I could send it wherever you choose if you are willing to be responsible for it. I've had a few more Israel packages get delivered this week (packages I sent in late November!). I just don't want to ship it anywhere if you have to have it in 4 weeks (for example) and then file a claim with eBay which would require me to refund your money even while the item is slowly working its way to you. Please advise.
