היי,
קיבלתי סט ישן למחשב, הסאב תקול.
כאשר הסאב מחובר וחוגת הפוטנציומטר עוברת למצב ON , ממברנת הסאב מתחילה לברבר חזק באופן קבוע.
הזמנתי שני רכיבים מ ebay שמישהו המליץ לי להחליף.

היום החלפתי את שניהם וזה לא עזר.
מה המלצתכם ? , אני חושב שזה חבל לזרוק סט איכותי שכזה.

שאל בפורום תמיכה טכנית, למרות שסאב זה גם שייך איכשהו לסטריאו (אפשר להגיד שזה הגיוון של הסטריאו... אבל לא כל כך

נתחיל עם זה שזה לא כל כך איכותי ממה שאתה חושב, יש מערכות הגברה ורמקולים הרבה יותר טובים מזה, אני אסביר למה:
המערכת היא 17 watts RMS עבור הסאב וופר (לא הרבה כל כך, אבל נחמד)
כאשר כל רמקול 6W זאת אומר כפול 4 == 24W (בשביל כל רמקול בנפרד זה קצת חלש)
מדובר על מערכת מאוד בסיסית.
לי יש מערכת עוד יותר בסיסית שלהם של 2.1 ערוצים (5W סאב ו2W*2 לרמקולים)
תוכל להסביר לי (כחובבן), מה בדיוק הבעיה?
פאסיבית הסאב עובד (הרמקול שלו)?
נגיד אם תיקח את אחד היציאות של הרמקולים (האקטיבית של ה 6W מקסימום) ותחבר אליו את ה+ וה - של רמקול הסאב (איפה שאתה מחבר את אחד מתוך 4 הרמקולים), זה יעבוד?
ועוד משהו, צלם בבקשה את הלוח אם של הסאב, מעניין אותי לראות אותו

Hi Amit,
I have a problem with the sub-woofer, the woofer making buzzing sound all the time.
not hummm sound, it is more like constant brrrrrrrr sound .
I have checked the pcb but I cant see burnet or part failure.
by the way for the test i only connect power cord and volume controller
do you have any idea ?

Hi Ran, Thanks for the query. It's pretty much sound like "Creative audio IC" went bad. Just try to figure out the IC. If the IC is okay then pretty much sure the culprit is register OR capacitor. But before checking register or capacitor I would highly recommend you to check each and every pins. Look for any disconnected solder iron points. If any point is disconnected by any how it will make the sounds that you have already described. Let me know some update so that I can help you more... Best of luck !!!

,First, today I have bought from e-bay this two parts , TDA8511J and Creative CT1975-SAM CT1975 ZIP-11
I hope that the creative ic will be the suspected one like you said, I realy dont know how to check if he causing the problem.
If you know how to check the creative ic , please let me know !
Today I inspect the board again just to check the soldering or maybe to find some burnt parts, but technicaly i didnt find anything bad.
I also made a test, disconnect the woofer wire and connect only 2 speakers , connect the volume controller , turn on the volume and wowww the same brrrrrrr sound from both speakers .
I hope that the volume controller is functioninig OK.
I will update you when I will recived the parts from e-bay.

I replaced the parts , but the problem still persist.
Now i am really dont know what to check or to replace ?

Thanks Ran for let me know the update. If the "Creative Audio IC" is not went bad then it's really a bad news because now you have to start checking parts with Multimeter. Digital Multimeter will help you most to read the register value. You can easily find the value of each register by following the register's color code from internet. A little study will help you to calculate the register value by yourself or you can always use online calculator. The another thing you must be worried about is "CAPACITORS". The most ugliest thing for checking. 1st try to figure it out that no filters are blown away or leaked visually. If yes then replace it with another one. If you can't see anything visually then you have to check it manually. I hate that job because you have to desolder at-least one leg and then have to check it with multimeter to get the actual reading. But I will suggest you to check register 1st. If registers are shorted the symptoms are very much shown like this one. And always remember if you find a single bad register, always check sided registers also. It's very much possible that couple of registers went bad. I am really really sorry for you friend. I wish if I could help you more. Pls let me know if you need any further help. Best wishes for you

Hi Ran, One more thing. On your subwoofer's pcb board there are 4/5 small ic. Some are at the front side of your heatsink area. With power connection try to figure it out that all ic are working and producing heat. If any ic is not producing heat it does not mean always that that specific ic went bad. But it indicates something wrong on the PCB board also. Hope this information help you to find out the problem.

תן שפריץ של ספריי מגעים או WD לתוך ווסט הווליום בסאב ותסובב אותו לכל צד.
תבדוק הלחמות וחיבורים ואם יש לך זמן תבדוק גם שאין שום התחמצנות או קצר שנוצר בין המגעים (אני עושה את זה עם פינצטה) ואז מנקה זריר עם מברשת אנטי סטטית או מברשת פלסטיק (שוב פעם בעדינות)
מצטער, אבל אנגלית אני לא קורא טקסטים ארוכים, סתם מחוסר חשק.
