סיקרתי בעבר את התוסף VIDEOSTREAM שמאפשר להזרים מה-PC סרטים וסדרות עם כתובית לכרומקאסט. הבעיה היחידה הייתה ונשארה שסימני הפיסוק בטעינה הפוכים.
ניסיתי למצוא פתרון וכמובן ששיחקתי בהגדרות התוסף, הפתרון היחידי די מסורבל ומצריך ממני לפתוח כתובית ב-Subtitle Workshop ולהפוך את סימני הפיסוק, כשהם הפוכים וטוענים את הכתובית אז הכל מוצג כמו שצריך.
פניתי למפתחי התוסף שמאוד נכונים להשתפר ולעזור, הם ביקשו ממני לבדוק מספר דברים, אני מצרף את המייל:

I will try to be as detailed as possible and help you be better.
1. Make sure in Settings -> Subtitles you have enabled the automatic display of subtitles.

2. Make sure the subtitle file plays in VLC (sometimes the subtitle file itself is just broken)
It works on vlc and on kodi as well. Of course I tried several subtitles in several tv-series and films.
3. Try playing around with the encoding setting (Settings -> Subtitles). Sometimes the file's encoding is different from the one we have it set to unfortunately, which can cause unknown characters, or even the subtitle to not show up at all (really sorry about this! We're hoping to work on a fix asap)!
-The only problem i had is Punctuation are reversed.
-never had "unknown characters" or "subtitle to not show up at all"
-when iv'e tried english subtitles - everything was ok.

My solution was to open the subtitle with Subtitle Workshop, Mark all lines and fix punctuation: pic

In Hebrew, characters read from right to left [other than English]

4. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Videostream, and possibly rebooting your computer. Sometimes that's all that is needed to get things working!
