שלום,
לאחרונה נהייתה לי תופעה מוזרה באחד המחשבים שלי שעליו מותקן WINDOWS 7 32BIT. כשאני רוצה לכבות את המחשב אני לוחץ על SHUTDOWN, המחשב עובר למסך הכיבוי הרגיל, אחרי מספר שניות אכן המסך נכבה, אבל המחשב עצמו נשאר דלוק (נורית הביקורת של המחשב נשארת דלוקה ושומעים שהמאווררים עדיין עובדים) ורק לחיצה ארוכה על הכפתור הפיזי של המחשב מכבה אותו.
קראתי באינטרנט על התופעה בניסיון להבין איך פותרים את הבעיה, ולמרות מספר ניסיונות של כמה פתרונות שום דבר לא עבד, אז החלטתי לפרמט את המחשב. להפתעתי גם לאחר פירמוט מלא של המחשב הבעיה נמשכת.

המחשב לא נכבה לאחר ביצוע SHUTDOWN
יש כמה אזכורים ברשת שיכולים לגרום לזה:
נסה לכבות במצב בטוח.
לכבות מיד כשאתה מפעיל את המחשב במצב רגיל.
לבדוק טמפרטורה של מעבד (מסתבר שחלק מהלוחות מאפשרים פעולה של מאווררים כדי לקרר מעבד חם לפני כיבוי).
שני פתרונות נוספים ולמטה קישור לתיקון שאולי יעזור:
I updated bios and drivers, changed power supplies and memory(just for kicks and grins). Still had my problem so I went into control panel, and add programs... uninstalled everything that was by gigabyte. It ended up that a RAID configuration wizard was preventing the computer from powering down. I don't know how but I uninstalled it and every thing worked like a champ!!!
Hope this helps anyone with a similar issue.
