נתקלתי בבעיה. עד לפני זמן לא גדול כל הכבלים שלי היו מחוברים אנלוגית, הסראונד עבד מצויין (מלבד רעש רגע מרגיז שנבע מהאנלוגיות שלו) והכל היה כמעט סבבה.
עכשיו החלטתי להשתדרג, רכשתי כבל אופטי ועכשיו ישנו רק חיבור דיגיטלי אופטי.
למחשב אין כרטיס קול משלו, יש את הצ'יפ של הלוח אם עם realtek HD, שאמור לתמוך גם בסראונד ועד 7.1, ויש לו יציאה אופטית. הרסיבר DENON עם כניסה אופטית תומך עד 96K ויש לו DTS וDOLBY.
עד פה הכל טוב ויפה. אבל משום מה, המנשק של RealTek HD לא אוהב את היציאות הדיגיטליות, כשבוחרים בהן פתאום אי אפשר לעשות בדיקות וכל מיני דברים שאפשר לעשות ביציאות האנלוגיות.
אבל חלק מהבדיקות ניתן לבצע דרך ההגדרות קול של חלונות (7), ואכן התדרים עובדים והרסיבר יודע להחליף אוט' מ DTS ל DOLBY כשצריך והכל טוב ויפה.
אבל מה מסתבר? שרק הרמקולים הקדמיים והסאב עובדים לי פתאום!
וכשאני מחפש בהגדרות המתקדמות של החלונות, זה לא נותן לי לבחור להוציא 5 ערוצים, אלא רק שניים, כמו שנראה בתמונה המצורפת.
התקנתי גם FFD SHOW והגדרתי אותו כפי שמוגדר באתר, אבל זה לא עזר, הVLC עדיין מוציא רק לקדמיים (אגב כן בתחילת הסרט הגדרתי לו להוציא תקן SPDIF והסרט הוא HD).
כשיצרתי קשר עם רילטק, הם השיבו
Since driver does not support Dolby Digital / DTS encoder for SPDIF-Out ( Digital Output ) , the digital output only send the PCM Data format . Please try to play sound with PowerDVD or WinDVD ( Support Dolby Digital / DTS encoder ) .
שאני לא בטוח בכלל מה זה אומר. כלומר להשתמש באינקודרים חיצוניים? ואיך אני עושה את זה?
למישהו פה גם היתה את הבעיה? לא מצאתי שום תשובה אמיתית לזה באינטרנט וואלה אני לא חושב שכולם טורחים בימינו לקנות כרטיסי קול הלוחות אם אמורים לתת את המענה בצורה טובה, או לפחות ככה חשבתי.
אז אני מניח שיש עוד אנשים שנתקלו בבעיה

אגב אם אתם מעוניינים בפרטים נוספים על הבעיה, צירפתי את המייל ששלחתי לריל טק שם הבאתי פירוט יתר כדיי שלא יתנערו מלענות לי מחוסר פרטים כמו שתמיכות טכניות נוהגות לעשות, אבל זה לא נתן הרבה
Hello,
I'm trying to fix this for days.
I used to have my PC connected to my receiver analogy, and it worked fine.
Then I upgraded my cables to digital optical cable, and since then I don't have
rear\center speaks sound (front+sub works).
I have windows 7 professional, 64 BIT.
Realtek drivers 6.0.1.6526 which are the lastest from windows update.
Again my DENON AVR-1602 is connected using optical digital, I tested the frequencies
and it detects both DTS and Dolby Digital just fine (it plays the sound) on all freqencies
except 192 so this one is turned off.
Again, front+sub speakrs are working and I hear a sound on both DTS and Dolby digital
on the different freqenceis.
When I go to the RealTek HD Audio Manager I select the digital output option.
There I selected living room and Rock under "sound effects" but I don't think it matters.
Under "Default format"
I selected 24BIT 96000 Hz.
Sadly, under the digital output I dont have "Speakers configuration" tab nor a "test" button.
When I go to windows sound, my digital output is selected as default playback device,
Under properties as I said I marked dts and dolby and the freqencies working.
Now here is a problem When I select "Advanced" I can only select "2 Channel". (as the picture I attached show).
I guess this is the problem. But I do have latest drivers, digital output which capable of sourround and a reciever
which is too.
Please help me with this issue,
I looked everywhere over the web, and I only found other people with the same problem
but no working solutions.

P.S: 1. Yes, I have 7 speakers plugged to the reciever and as I said it worked under analog options (but with annoying
background sound that comes with it...)
2. Yes, after it didn't woek I installed FFD show decoders, AC3 spif ouput is marked,
along with pass through spdif on dolby and dts. codes libraries are fine aswell.
3. I have DH67GD Intel motherboard with your realtek chip.
