החלטתי להשאר עם השלט כי בכל זאת הנוחות של כפתורי הצבעים שווה לי את האיטיות של השלט.
ובכל זאת פניתי ללוגיטק לגבי חוסר פקודות המקרו והאיטיות של השלט
לגבי פקודות המקרו נאמר לי שהם הורידו את הפונקציונליות כיוון שזה גרם לבעיות ב 900 וב 1100 .
לגבי האיטיות הם המליצו לבצע עדכון גרסה לפי ההוראות הבאות:
[left]2. If the Harmony 900 remote responds slowly, then I would suggest that you update its firmware in Safe Mode.
Kindly follow the steps below to set your Harmony Remote into Safe Mode:
1. Remove the batteries from your remote.
2. Wait for 10 seconds to drain the remaining power in the remote.
3. Press and hold the power button while putting the batteries back in the remote.
4. The remote’s screen should now say “Safe Mode”, or the buttons should be flashing. You may now release the power button.
Here are the steps to update your firmware:
1. Launch the Harmony Remote Software and log-in to your account.
2. Click the “Downloads” button that’s at the top-right corner of your screen.
3. Click on the “Firmware” button then follow the onscreen instructions to upgrade the firmware of your remote.
4. Once the firmware upgrade is successful, select “Yes” to complete the process.
5. Test your Harmony remote for an extended period of time to see if the issue has been resolved.

ראשית בתוכנה אין לחצן "Download" , אלא "Update Remote" .
ולאחר שאני מנסה לעדכן אני מקבל שגיאה
ניסיתי זאת עם 2 מחשבים שונים (ו 2 מערכות הפעלה שונות) ובשניהם יש את אותה הבעיה.[left]Initializing services
