Hi to all of our Pheon testers. We will be doing a BitTorrent
Project Pheon live streaming test today from 2 to 4 PM
Pacific Time. We are streaming the Australian independent film,
"The Tunnel".

We have improved software and a better looking video this week.
The two big things we're curious about this
week are (1) were audio and video synchronized? And (2) did
you see disruptions in the video stream?

Please be aware that this file has a bitrate of about 800kbps.
*** You will need at least a download speed of 1.5Mb to view.
*** Please uninstall the old live app and re-install the new ones

We will start the test at 2 PM Pacific Time. If at 2:00 you
could log in and run the stream for awhile it would be a big
help. You can use the chat or the survey link to give us
feedback on your experience.

This is an open test and no password required so pass it on.

small complication: When you're done watching the video
today, please press "Stop" FIRST before you close the BTLive

The Pheon project is a whole new P2P protocol to distribute live streamed data across the internet without the need for infrastructure, and with a minimum of latency.
