אני מצטט מסמך PDF שקיבלתי מ-ChrisCoffee עם הוראות לניקוי ה-OPV של אניטה.
ההוראות באנגלית. הן תתאמנה לרוב מכונות ה-E61, היות וה-OPV הוא חלק יחסית ג'נרי.

Expansion Valve Seat Replacement

1. Before starting the repair, unplug the machine, blow off the steam pressure, and allow it to cool off.

2. Remove the outer shell of machine.
-For the Anita there are 2 slotted screws on each side and 2 on the back bottom.
-For the Andreja see our FAQ at the bottom of our website for proper shell removal.

3. With the shell removed locate the expansion valve and put a rag under it to catch any water that will leak out.

4. Pull off the silicone line on the bottom of the valve.

5. Unscrew the adjustment nut all the way (Be careful this is spring loaded and will pop off when removed)

6. Remove the rubber seat f rom the seat holder and install new seat

7. Using a brush or a flatblade screwdriver with a rag over the tip, i nsert it up into the body of the expansion valve to clean any buildup of mineral deposits. If there is a large amount of deposits dip the brush or rag in white vinegar to clean it.

8. Reverse procedure to put the valve back together. Do not forget to put the silicone line back onto the valve. Before putting the outer shell back on, se t your pump pressure using the FAQ at the bottom of our website for instructions.[/left]

ה OPV בסילביה נראה אחרת - הוא מתחבר עם צינור סיליקון למשאבה (ככה המשאבה לא מתחממת) ומוברג לדוד.
אפשר לכוון אותו עם 2 פתוחים 20 מ"מ אבל אין מה לגעת בו בכלל לדעתי.
ניקוי אבנית פעם בחצי שנה ינקה גם אותו.
