Even more, "I would much rather have done without that lawsuit, but it doesn't always work out that way" said Jha and then, as an excuse, added that Motorola has gone Android for the sole reason Microsoft did not deliver a mobile operating system in 2009, a year in which Motorola had to come out with a smartphone or else "we wouldn't have survived" he said....
