בעודי מחכה בסבלנות לאקסטרימר פרו אשר הזמנתי לפני חודשיים, החלטתי להוסיף שאילתה משלי לגבי האיחור במשלוח.
שאילתה ראשונה דרך הטופס באתר עצמו זכתה להתעלמות.
נו, טוב, אמרתי ננסה דרך המייל של החברה.
יומיים אחרי ששלחתי את המייל קיבלתי את ההודעה הבאה:

בשלב הזה אני מתחיל להיות מודאג באמת.
לכן שאלתי היא - מישהו ביצע התכתבות מוצלחת עם אקסטרימר או שנמאס להם לשמוע קיטורים והם סגרו את שרת המיילים שלהם?

תאריך היעד "זחל" ל-18.6:
We were supposed to ship all orders but unfortunately, we are having some logistics issue and we will forecast unexpected delay with our shipments.
We try and do everything we can to minimize the delay although we are depending on third party.
By June 18th all orders will commence shipment and we will notify you with tracking number and the courier company.
If will be positively or negatively changes we will notify you immediately.
After all, we wish you get your instruments and enjoy this technology as soon as possible.
