I need a PC card for DTT as well as to capture video from composite and S video. Also PVR capabilties. I found the Gigabyte GT-P8000 on Zap. Here are the specs on the card.

Anyone have experience with this card? The specs say that it works on DVB-T system, is this compatible with Israels DTT? Any other recommendation for similiar cards are appreciated.
