נראה שיש בעיה. לא הגיוני חודש להיתקע שם סתם. הייתי מנסה להרים טלפון או אפילו לקפוץ לשם.
טיפל בך נציג מטעם UPS או שביקשת לטפל לבד?

נציג מטעמם מטפל בי .
התקשרתי אליהם בערך 5-6 פעמים בנוגע למשלוח הזה.
אתמול קבלתי מהם את המייל הזה :

היי בוקר טוב,

האישור טרם התקבל

אתמול נשלח נציג מטעמנו פיזית למשרד התקשורת עם הבקשות

על מנת לנסות ללחוץ ולקדם את קבלת האישורים.

זה רק אני או שיש פה עוד משהו שהזמין לפני יותר מחודש ומחכה לאישור משרד התקשורת ?

אני מנסה כמה ימים לתפוס את משרד התקשורת בטלפון ללא הצלחה.

קיבלתי כבר לפני שבועיים. UPS טיפלו בזה. לקח להם שבוע בערך. אין לי את האישור - הוא אצל UPS...

חבורת אפסים, אני מאחל לכול היחידה הזו כולל האנשים של UPS שעוצרים סתם משלוחים שלא ימצאו עבודה אף פעם

לא יאומן החוצפה והאטימות הבירוקרטית בישראל.
אני הייתי מנסה לבטל את ההזמנה אצל אמזון בתואנה של עיכוב בילתי מתקבל על הדעת, ומזמין דרך חברת שילוח אחרת (לא מאמזון) לפחות עד שהנושא יפתר.

לצערי בניתי על הציוד למוצאי שבת וזה כבר לא יקרה
פניתי גם לאמזון מספר פעמים בתלונה על UPS אבל חוץ מלזכות אותי במשלוח (המהיר) ולהציע לי לשלוח אותו שוב הם לא יכולים לעשות כלום
ברור שהכי נכון זה לבטל אבל אז אני מעניש רק את עצמי
