We understand that you are having queries about the latest PowerDVD 18 software. We are more than willing to assist you with your concern.
With reference to your query, we would like to inform you the following regarding to your queries:
1. PowerDVD 18 supports to play the genuine Ultra HD Blu-ray movie disc with the movie menu or other interactive features on the disc, but CyberLink is NOT able to guarantee the normal playback functionality or compatibility for the ripped/decrypted/unauthorized copy of the Ultra HD Blu-ray movie content as the original DRM-protected content has been unauthorized alternated/modified.
2. For the external subtitle feature, it is supported for video file and Blu-ray movie playback, but does not support on Ultra HD Blu-ray movie or DVD movie playback currently.
3. PowerDVD supports to play Dolby TrueHD, and DTS-HD audio formats, but does NOT support to play Dolby ATMOS or DTS-X audio content. They will be played as Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD if and only if the Dolby ATMOS/DTS-X audio content supports backward playback compatibility.
4. You can set the subtitle delay (positive delay or negative delay) during playback on the external subtitle settings as in the attached screenshot shown.

לגבי הסעיף הראשון, אני מרשה לעצמי להניח שהתוכנה כן מנגנת גם ריפים של בלוריי UHD מלא.
כנראה שהם בחרו להתנסח בזהירות, כדי לא להסתבך.
מעבר לכך הם טוענים שאין אפשרות להוספת כתובית חיצונית בתכני UHD, וגם לא תמיכה ב Dolby ATMOS/DTS-X

כפי הנראה שתי התוכנות האחרות שהוזכרו כאן, כנראה עדיפות מכל הבחינות.
