בעיה מוזרה עם תכנים של AC3 + חלונות 7

יש לי בעיה שצצה לאחרונה, שיש תכנים שמקודדים AC3 עם 6 ערוצים (כבר שמעתי אותם באופן תקין בעבר), שכאשר אני מציג אותם המגבר עובד למצב Dolby Digital, אבל שומעים רק ב-2 הרמקולים הקידמיים.
ולעומת זאת יש תכנים שהם גם AC3 עם 6 ערוצים שמושמעים מכל הערוצים.
ב-2 המקרים (התקין ולא תקין) מדובר בקובץMKV ובנוסף בDTS הכל בסדר.
למישהו יש רעיון?
אני מצרף את התוכן של ה-Media Info של אותו הקובץ שיש איתו בעיה כזאת:
