גם בקובץ שננת לי זה קורה
אני משתמש בווינדוס 8.1 64 ביט (אם זה חשוב)
ראיתי בהתחלה כשאר אני נכנס לתוכנה אז ישר יש לי הודעת שגיאה

איתי שצריך לעבוד עם שם משתמש באנגלית אז פתחתי בתוכנה משתמש חדש וארתי לו שהשתמש בהגדרות בררת מחדל ועדין לא עובד לי כלום.
ואם זה יעזור אז זה מה שרשום בקובץ לוג (בסוף):
