Yes, I bought the card and using it successfully in Israel with YES.
At the time I bought the card, it was impossible to have it delivered outside of US/Canada. I had to order a delivery in US and resend it to Israel.

Did you compare the picture quality to other cards? (like pvr 150)

Yes, I'm using S-VIDEO connection from YES. The quality seems decent to me, but I wouldn't know if it's problematic since DualTV is my first TV card.

The only problem I encountered is with channel switching in YES. There is 2-3 second delay probably due to buffering of the stream. This makes interactive channel switching very annoying up to impossible. I'm not sure if other TV cards suffer from this delay.

I got 3 of such cards, the quality is incomparable with 22 and 10 channels via SAT direct.

in review on the forum sagetv they telling that nvidia dualtv much better from pvr150
