AC: I feel very happy. I have worked so hard, thinking only about the Tour, trying to do everything perfectly for the Tour. Now to be able to finally win the Tour, knowing that everyone was betting on me as the maximum favorite, of course, I am very satisfied.
Q: Why did you refuse to answer the question the other day about your VO2 Max?

למרות שאני גר באזור המרכז בו יש המון כבישים בהם מדוושים לא מעט רוכבים אני לעולם לא "דורך" על כבישים מסוכנים אלו (כגון כביש 4), את הרכיבות שלי אני מנסה לעשות באזורים נידחים שמעט מאוד מכוניות נוסעות שם, וגם אז הם נוסעות במהירויות לא גבוהות. בנוסף חובה שהשוליים יהיו רחבים כך שיאפשרו רכיבה בטוחה בצידי הכביש !
למרות כל הקדימון שלי, אתה 100% צודק ועדיין זה לא תלוי רק בי
אלא גם בנהג הישראלי !כביש בית שמש ,שם לפני שבועיים הייתה התאונה המחרידה, נחשב ,אולי לכביש העמוס ביותר בקרב רוכבי אופניים בסופי שבוע

פילפה מאסה נלקח לבית החולים בבודפשט, שם מצבו עדיין מוגדר קשה אך יציב ונשקפת סכנה לחייו,
כרגע הוא מחזיקים אותו במצב של חוסר הכרה ל 48 שעות,
הרופאים אומרים שלדעתם לא נגרם לא נזק נירולוגי אבל מצבו עדיין קשה מאוד
