אתה באמת חושב שהמחוייבות של יורוקום ל 5 שנות אחריות מלאות זה סתם בגדר המלצה? מדובר פה על מחוייבות משפטית.
אין שום מחוייבות שונה לגבי מסכי לד חדישים, אשר אי אפשר לדעת כמה זמן ימשיכו ליצר להם חלקי חילוף.

ומה תהיה שווה ההתחייבות של יורוקום במצב שפנסוניק העולמי יקלע לקשיים ויפסיק לייצר חלקי חילוף? אז מי ייצר לך חלקים? יורוקום? בית המשפט? אולי בנון ייצר?
אם אתה חושב שזה לא יכול לקרות תציץ לרגע לכמה חברות אחרות בשוק ותבין את המצב יותר לעומק.

אני לא חושב שזה סיכון שונה מלקנות עכשיו LED של חברות אחרות ולהיות בטח שעוד 3-4 שנים עדיין יהיו חלקי חילוף.
דווקא בנושא האמינות, פנסוניק הוכיחה את עצמה ברמה מעל LG וסמסונג (במיוחד בארץ), עובדה שהם נותנים אחריות ל -5 שנים, לעומת מתחרים שלרוב נותנים 3.

On October 31st Panasonic announced it was exiting the plasma TV business as of March 2014.
What does this mean for our pick? Well, nothing. It is still the best TV going in terms of price and performance. It’s going to be years before we see a TV that looks this good for such a low price.
It’s also important to note that Panasonic the company isn’t going away. They’ll still be making TVs, just not plasma TVs. While it’s possible this will mean you can’t find parts to fix your TV if it breaks in 10 years, that’s also no different than any other company. Also, in 10 years you’ll be able to buy a larger, cheaper, better TV for what it would likely cost you to repair this TV. This is certainly true now and of TVs bought in 2003. Here’s how CNET’s David Katzmaier describes the situation: “Panasonic will continue to honor the warranty on its plasma TVs, and will continue to support them as usual; the company itself isn’t going anywhere. I consider a Panasonic plasma TV bought today as safe an investment as any other kind or brand of TV.”
