We understand that the QWERTY remote is not working with Samsung apps and the browser and the
keyboard works fine while entering the password.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We suggest you reset the Smart hub in the TV to fix the issue.

Press the Smart Hub button >> Press the D button to open Settings. >> Select Reset and press Enter. >>
Enter Smart Hub password to proceed. (Default password is 0 0 0 0)

After a few moments, Smart Hub automatically resets. The screen may go black, then Smart Hub re-appears.
In a few moments, it starts the re-initialization procedure.

If the issue persists, please reset the TV to factory defaults and it should fix the issue.

1. Turn the TV on and hold down the EXIT button on the remote control for 10 seconds. You will be prompted
with a couple questions, just select Yes to both and the TV will be completely reset.

2. After performing the above steps, the TV turns off. Turn it on manually.

Once you reset the TV, please connect the TV to the Internet and setup Smart hub to fix the issue.
