audio playlist Manual
1) Added the Audio playlist function (* Please download the detailed guide for the audio playlist function)
- Sel ect multiple songs that you want to listen and save them as a playlist conveniently (to be saved in Audio/Playlist folder)
- When pressing ‘Audio’ key on the remote, it will move to the Audio/Playlist folder automatically
- Listen to music without TV or display
· When setting Autorun in setup, the first playlist in the Audio/Playlist folder will be played automatically unless there is “autorun” folder.
2) Contents native resolution output function has been Added
(Please read below carefully before use the “Native resolution” feature. If a user do not set resolution correctly, the video may not be displayed or I might hurt display. Please use this function with caution )
2-1) Native Resolution menu on “SET UP”
- If a user turns on Native Resolution on the Setup-Video/Audio, the Auto NTSC/PAL/24Hz option will be disabled and will not be used. The NTSC/PAL/24Hz option will be functional if and only if Native Resolution is turned off.
- When a user turns on Native Resolution, a popup, will be shown.

· Users can turn on and off for the each resolution.
· If the user turns on, the check box will be checked and when a video file is played, the source will be output according to the resolution and scan type(progressive/interlace) regardless of the current TV out setting.
· If the user turns off, the source will be scaled to the resolution and refresh rate set by the TV out setting in SET UP menu.
· If the user’s display device does not support specific input mode, users will not see any video. In this case, just press stop and the video output mode will go back to the initial mode on the SET UP menu..
· For the 720p, we separated the mode to “720p24Hz” and “1080p24Hz”, since most display devices do not support 720p24Hz mode. If users’ displays do not support neither 720p24Hz nor 1080p24Hz, users will not be able to see 24Hz video clips.
2-2) Resolution change popup
- If TVIX does not detect resolution and frame rate correctly, the Native Resolution will not work properly. In this case, users can press TV Out button while video clips are played. They can change to a specific output mode by s electing correct resolution and frame rate.
- TV out button will show the Resolution change popup if the video clip is playing. Otherwise, it will change the Video mode NTSC->480p(DVI)->PAL->576p(DVI) for the a emergency recovery.(If a user use HDMI, a user must reset set video output mode on the using SETUP menu, otherwise, audio will not be sent over HDMI)

- Support for deleting files on network folder has been added (*Netshare isn’t supported)
- Improved NFS speed (High bit rate movie will play better even with 10/100 connection )
· In case you have problem with 1G LAN, we recommend to use 10/100M mode.
(1G option may or may not work better than 10/100M mode depends on the network environment)
6) UJukebox
- External subtitle when playing ISO file is supported but the name of subtitle should be same as the ISO file
TViX can show two different subtitle in at the same time when sele cting the external subtitle.
- Position of internal subtitle can be adjusted.
· How to : After pressing the subtitle key on the remote, while the ‘subtitle mode’ OSD is shown, press the up/down key on the remote
(for internal/external text subtitle, after pressing the subtitle key on the remote, you can adjust the position and size of it as well)
7) Etc
- Improved UI : appearance of some icons have been enhanced.
- Keeps separate BCS value according to output Hz (23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 30, 50, 59.94 and 60Hz)
- Known issues for Video related
- Some TP/TS information may not correct.
- When HD Audio pass-through is on, S/PDIF does not output.
- When HD Audio pass-through is off with HD audio stream, the playback is not smooth.
○ When DTS audio setting is digital, HDMI audio is ON and HD audio passthrough is set to ON, then audio is not heard on the SPDIF output.
○ For the same setting, if HDMI audio is set to OFF, then audio is HEARD on the SPDIF output.
- Some TP/TS files may cause the system rebooting.
- Some WMV may not play correctly.
- The digital output for AAC/WMA is disabled.
- Does not support PCM audio track on MP4 now.
- Some low sampling frequency on AVI and MKV may not sound on HDMI.
- Some MKV with AAC may not sound.
- Known issues for Audio and pictures playing
- For MP3 files with low sampling frequency, the TVIX might crash while playing or trick play like FF or RW.
- Known issues for PVR
- After channel changed, you may not here audio in short time. This is the bug from the chip manufacturer. To solve this, you can press DTV key or Audio key on the remote.
- Known issues for general issues.
- If you play files without refreshing the file list after dele te files through FTP or SAMBA server, the system will reboot.

יש הרבה מאוד תיקונים, וכנראה שהם שיפרו מאוד את הביצועים של המכשיר ברשתות 10/100.
כשיש NFS ו-SMB הם אמורים לאפשר לך גם למחוק תוכן מרוחק דרך הרשת.
יש הרבה שיפורים בייציבות.
יש תמיכה ב-SOURCE DIRECT, שזה אומר שאם זה מנגן קובץ SDTV זה מוציא SDTV, ואם HDTV, אז HDTV. כלומר, זה מאפשר למעבד תמונה של מסך או רסיבר למצות את המקסימום מהקובץ.
יש גם שיפור במהירות ובהעלאת תמונות (אצלי זה רץ ממש מהר!)

הבעיה לפי מה שאני מבין היא במימוש של זה ב-NETSHARE.
לפחות עם ה-DUNE אני מצליח למחוק מרחוק סרטים שכבר ראיתי.
אגב, גם הגרפיקה שופרה משמעותית שם.

1. TVIX מחובר אצלי למעבד תמונה DVDO VP 30 . הגדרתי NR עבור כל הרזולוציות מלבד ל-1080p (כי המעבד לא תומך ברזולוציה זו) – אין תמונה בניגון סרט - לא ב-HD ולא ב-SD
2. ביטלתי NR – הסרטים שניגנו קודם עדיין מנגנים, והסרטים שלא ניגנו – עדיין לא מנגנים. כלומר, אין שום שיפור בתחום זה
3. Auto playlist הוא מטרד לא נורמלי: נעלמה האפשרות לדפדף בין השירים תוך כדי האזנה – רק לבנות רשימת ניגון. אני לא רוצה שום רשימה, רק להאזין בניחותא למוסיקה כרצוני . אם מישהו מצא כיצד אפשר לעשות זאת – אשמח לדעת, אם האופציה לא קיימת – זו כבר סיבה טובה להעיף את הגרסה.
אין לי רשת – אולי כל השיפורים דווקא בתחום זה?
