מספיק יציב כדי לעדכן מגרסה 8 או שלהמתין לגרסה הבאה?

יש לי shield 2019, אני משתמש בפרטנרTV , נטפליקס וקודי גרסה 19 האחרונה.
שדרגתי בשבוע האחרון, אני צופה בקודי בסרטים בפורמט DV והכל תקין כולל הCEC.

האם גם אצלך האפליקציה של פרטנר לפעמים לאגית?
כמו נגיד שלוחצים על החצים ונפתח הרשימת ערוצים בזמן צפייה ולוקח לתמונות להיטען שניה וכו.
ברור לי שהשילד הוא הכי חזק בשוק, אז אין צורך להגיד שהאפליקציה רצה חלק וכאלה אלא אם כן זה באמת נכון לגבי השאלה שלי.. תודה מראש

גם אצלי זה פועל אותו דבר..
יש מצבים אצלי שאני נכנס לפרטנר שכבר פתוח בזיכרון, התמונות של הערוצים לפעמים נטענים לאט ויש לחצי שניה תמונה של טעינה על התמונה..
ויש מצבים שיש לפעמים אפילו תמונה ריקה.

לדעתי האפליקציה שלהם פשוט כבדה ולא יעילה...
אתה יכול להבין על מה אני מדבר?

לא למדתם ?
לא מעדכנים בחודש הראשון עד שיתברר גודל הנזק.
בעדכון הזה מסתמנת קטסטרופת CEC, שלטים אחרים לא שולטים יותר על השילד בנוסף מישהו דיווח שההרמוני האב הפסיק לשלוט על השילד.
רוב אפליקציות הסטרימינג מציגות שלל הודעות שגיאה או מפסיקות לעבוד. הוצאה מהחשמל פתרה לחלק את הבעיה.
כדור השלג של גרסה 9 ממשיך להתגלגל...
לא זכורה לי כמות בעיות כה גדולה בעדכונים, במכשיר כלשהו.
במעבר לגרסה 7 היו בעיות מינוריות, במעבר לגרסה 8 החלו לצוץ בעיות, אך הם תיקנו תוך כשנה עד ל-8.2.
גרסה 9 זה פשוט קטסטרופה, פשוט זרקו לפח את כל המוניטין שצברו לאורך השנים.

אני בדעה של @minime שם קישרתי גם לדיון הרשמי הקודם שבו אפשר לראות שלא מעט משתמשים חווים בעיות בנוסף לאתר שעוקב אחרי כל תקלה ואם יש פיתרון, לכן עדיין לא עדכנתי ואני בגרסה 8.2.3 משנה שעברה בינתיים אני מעדיף לחכות כמה שיותר עד שבאמת הכל ייפתר ואז לעדכן.

Caveats of the HotFix process:
1. There is no way to roll back from the HotFix.
2. The HotFix is per public release build. If you sign up for this HotFix, you will receive all updates to it until the next public release and that's it. If you want to partake in future HotFixes, you'll need to join them as they appear.
3. There is no way to leave the HotFix process once you join it but you can ignore updates to the HotFix images if you don't want to install them.
4. When the next public release drops, you will receive it like usual.
5. HotFix images are not Google certified. The next official release will have all certifications. The negative side affect we've noticed from this so far are listed below and others may appear as time goes on:
a. You won't be able to install or update Disney+ from the Playstore if you haven't installed it yet or do a Factory reset on this image.
b. HD Homerun DRM channels will not work.

This thread is not for asking questions like the following and any questions like this will be deleted.:
1. Why isn't xyz included in this hotfix.
2. When will this be released as an official release.

ברור מי שעובד לו טוב לרוב לא יטרח בכלל להיכנס אבל זה עדיין לא מבטל את הבעיות הקיימות הרי קשה להאמין שכולם שם ממציאים הדיון נפתח ע"י Nvidia והמשתמשים ברחבי העולם מדווחים בהתאם לבעיות שהם חווים כדי שיתקנו, וכפי שאפשר לראות גם בTracker יש הכל בצורה מסודרת לבסוף אני עם מה שאמר @minime

מדהים. מוצר בן 3 שנים/5 שנים (תלוי בגרסה אבל הם די זהים) שעדיין מקבלים פיטצרים חדשים כל הזמן.
