זיו,

אתה צריך לקרוא בספר של הראוטר שלך. מרבית הראוטרים כוללים SWITCH.

הייתי בודק ליתר ביטחון לגבי חוט מוצלב ישיר.

1. Now, M5000 work as a FTP server, so you can download and upload files through FTP clients. The username is tvixftp, and you can see the password on setup screen.
a. The id and password is case sensitive.
b. M5000 allows only one connection at the same time.
c. You will see the list of folders when you connect. You can connect to internal or external USB HDD attached to TViX. The name of local hard partitions starts with disk, disk1 is the first partition disk2 is the second partition. The names of first USB HDD are usb1(first partition) to usb4(fourth partition), and the second USB HDD are from USB5 to USB8. You will see these even though you do have only one partition in your HDD.
d. You cannot copy files or create a directory on the root. (שינוי מגירסא קודמת?)
e. If you copy or download files, you can not delete the folder that contains these files until you finish the transfer.
We do not recommend using Internet explorer, because it has some limitation like can not handle over 4G files and it is slower and unstable than other FTP clients. To get better performance, we recommend using dedicated FTP client program. אני משתמש ב-CUTEFTP.
f. If you have problem of connect to M5000 FTP server, you need to restart the unit.
g. While you are copying a file, you can not see the file. You will see the file after the transfer is over.
h. The average speed is vary by network environment, ftp client and the client PC, but we found the range is around 15Mbps to 35Mbps, and this is when M5000 is not playing any files. If you play files while transfer, the transfer rate will decrease. 2. M5000 supports up to four different network share.

3. Screen saver added
a. If you want to change the drifting image, please put image file to the first partition and named it tvix_ss.jpg. Also, please make sure the maximum size of image is 160 * 160.
b. The screen saver will start after two minute if there is no input in file browser mode.

4. Support automatic TV type(vertical refresh rate) change according to the source frame rate
a. If you set NTSC/PAL automatic change, M5000 will check the frame rate and change the TV out vertical refresh frequency. Currently, M5000 will check AVI, WMV, MP4 and TS/TP files.
b. 29.97/59.94 F/S will be changed to NTSC and 25/50 F/S will be changed to PAL
c. You can set this on only when you have multi-standard TV.

5. M5000 will show EXIF information of jpeg files. You can see this by pressing info key.
Add dvd play resume
a. It will save the last position of DVD title. However, it only save one DVD title, so if you play other files, the bookmark will be replaced.
b. M5000 applies NLS option to mount DVD discs, so you can see non ASCII characters without problems. (Only supported language will be shown correctly.)
c. Autorun will work with USB or Network shares.
d. If you have a local HDD, M5000 will play files in the autorun folder of the first partition. (Will not check other USB or network share).
e. If you connect USB disks only, then M5000 will play files in the autorun folder of the first USB partition.
f. If you only connect network, M5000 will play files in the autorun folder of the first network share.

6. M5000 now supports .txt subtitle (MicroDVD and TmPlayer format)

7. Improved support of IDX/SUB files. But, it will not support larger than 720 * 576.

8. Changed the location of text subtitles to the bottom. In case of one line, it will be shown in the last line not in the second to last line.

9. If you press info key while you are browsing files, you can see the network information.

10. Better support of trick play and time search of tp , trp, ts files.

11. Removed false bitrates information of WMV files.

12. Improved support of TP/TS files that have DTS audio.

13. Change font size and outline width for better subtitle readability.

14. M5000 will find the autojpg folder on the first partition of each type of disk(local HDD, USB1, USB2 or Network share) when you play audio files. (Previously, M5000 only find autojpg folder when you play audio files on local HDD.)

15. Improved support of jpeg files. In case of progress jpg files, it will play less than 1024 * 768 and less than Adobe Compression Quality 6.

16. We changed the timeout period of NFS connection fail from 3sec to 5sec.

17. The IP address will be assigned when the unit is booted. If the unit is not hooked up, you can reset the IP settings in the setup menu by reset IP settings.

למה אתה חושב שאין לו יכולות כאלה?
לרוב הראוטרים האלה בנויים מיחידת ראוטר עם 3 כניסות:
1. LAN
2. WAN
3. Wifi
כאשר כניסת ה- LAN מחוברת לרכיב switch של 5 פורטים. מכיון שפורט אחד "מבוזבז" על החיבור הפנימי, נותרים 4 פורטים לחיבור חיצוני. מכיון שהרכיבים די סטנדרטיים וזולים (כמה עולה היום switch ל-5 פורטים? 100 ש"ח?), זה מסביר למה בכל הראוטרים יש 4 פורטים ל-LAN ואילו בכל ה-switch שנמכרים בנפרד יש 5 פורטים.

ה-switch שלך באמצע מוסיף latency לחיבור. אתה יכול בשלב ראשון "לשחק" עם פרמטר שנקרא MTU שאולי יעזור:

בשלב השני יש כל מיני תוכנות שעושות אופטימיזציה לחיבורי ה- TCP/IP שלך בווינדוס.

אזהרה: אופטימיזיצה של חיבור ה- LAN תהיה שונה מאופטימיזציה לטובת חיבור לאינטרנט, ולכן שינוי לכוון אחד עלול לפגוע בכוון השני ולהיפך.

3. נגן טיויקס.
4. פנוי.
5. פנוי.

כלומר כל התקשורת שצריך הראוטר להעביר היא בין ב 2 ל 3.
בלי לשחק עם שום הגדרה בראוטר, הוא צריך לתת עדיפות שווה לכל 4 הכניסות: 2..5
אז מה יעזור אם אני אתן עדיפות לכניסות 2\3 אם גם ככה שאר הכניסות לא בשימוש?

כמו שאמרתי, כניסת ה- WAN נכנסת לראוטר, בעות שכניסות ה- LAN (2-5) מותגות בנפרד ומחוברות בפורט חמישי (פנימי) לראוטר. מכיון שכך, התעבורה בין 2 ו-3 לא נוגעת כלל לראוטר. מה שמאט אותה זה מנגנון ה-store & forward של ה-switch. משמעות המנגנון היא שה-switch חייב לקבל את כל ה-packet (או אם לדייק, את ה-frame) ורק לאחר שהוא התקבל בשלמותו ניתן לשדר אותו החוצה. רק המנגנון הזה מכפיל במקרה שלך את ה-latency, וזה לב הבעיה.

אף אחד לא דיבר (בטח לא אני) על בעייה של עדיפות בין הכניסות.

הפרמטרים שאני דיברתי עליהם מתייחסים לדברים כמו גודל הפקט המקסימלי (MTU) וגודל החלון בשידורי ה-TCP.
אני יכול להכנס להרצאה מלאה על נושאים אלה, ואתה מוזמן לעשות "דוקטורט" בנושא ולדון אם יש סיבה שיהיה שינוי או לא. בתור התחלה:

עקב המהירויות הנמוכות שניתן להגיע, מישהו באמת משתמש ביכולות ה FTP של ה TVIX להעברת קבצים גדולים?

חשבתי על כונן NAS בתור פתרון.
למישהו יש נסיון עם חיבור כונן כזה לנגן וניגון קבצים בעלי bitrate גבוה מ 25Mbps דרך ה NAS?

יש לי דיסק 250G. דברים שאני מתכנן לצפות בהם יותר מפעם אחת או שהם חשובים - אני מעביר אותם בלילה מהמחשב למכשיר.

מהתגובות ב AVSFUROM קשה להבין אם זה עובד כשורה או לא.

עופר, ניסית לבצע Wi-Fi Streaming ל H264 ?
רוחב הפס הדרוש אמור להיות קטן יותר.
