i've returned home to milan just a few hours ago, but i've visited all these places you recommended and also Haogen and WayCup.
i was very very very happy to see how the scene opened up in these few years i've been away.
my personal recommendation, now that i've tried it....
nahat, ada hanina and cafelix brewed my favourite cups. all had good coffee to offer and super nice vibe.
gear wise, nahat and ada hanina made me very happy to see the KVDW with my preinfusion system!
btw, i only had espressos. that what i love and thats the real challenge in my view....
